We're not experts who figured it out and came back to report. We're two people still walking, still learning what it means to follow Jesus daily — and we'd rather show you the road than pretend we're already at the end of it.
Dave
Teaching the Word, plainly.
Dave is a pastor's kid — his parents pastor New Life Fellowship Church in Mangalore — and he's the son of Apostle Priji Varghese, serving under his grace at HISnearness Church, Horamavu campus, under Pastor Sijo Mathew and Pastor Aswini Mathew. By profession, he works as an IT Program Manager. He teaches on faith, the prophetic, and spiritual warfare, under the lineage of Prophet Shyju Mathew.

I’m a Jesus lover, a wife, and a counselling psychologist with a heart that has been deeply shaped by my own journey. There have been seasons in my life that have broken me in ways I never imagined. Seasons where I felt unseen, unheard, and carried pain that was difficult to put into words. But somewhere in the middle of it all, I found Jesus meeting me in my brokenness. Through His Word and the gentle leading of the Holy Spirit, I began to find my way back to hope, healing, and myself. I’m still learning, still growing, and still allowing God to heal the parts of me that once hurt deeply. But my pain has given me a tender heart for others who may be walking through similar seasons. This little space is a piece of my heart. A place for honest conversations, faith, healing, and hope. My prayer is that when you’re here, you’ll feel seen, understood, and reminded that even in the hardest chapters, God is still with you.
Our Story
Why we do this.
We started writing and recording because we kept having the same conversations — with each other, with friends, with people we were speaking to — about the gap between what faith is supposed to look like and what it actually feels like to live it out.
Another Day In His Steps is one of our God-given assignments, a daily devotional podcast exploring scriptures and the way to walk in it, believing that it will push you closer to the lover of your soul.
